On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Boise voters will have the opportunity to invest in our community’s future by supporting the Clean Water, Pathways, and Open Space Levy.
Why This Levy Matters for Boise’s Future

This levy will help protect the very things that make Boise such a special place to live:
- Clean water – safeguarding the Boise River and our water resources
- Wildfire prevention – managing land to reduce wildfire risks that threaten homes and neighborhoods
- Open space and wildlife habitat – preserving the open spaces that give us room to breathe, play, and connect with nature
- Parks and pathways – ensuring our growing community continues to enjoy trails and green spaces
Where the Funds Come From & How They're Used
The levy will raise about $5.5 million per year for two years — a total of $11 million — at an average cost of around $40 per year for Boise homeowners, including the homeowner’s exemption.
Every dollar goes directly to projects, not administrative costs, and all funds will be subject to an independent annual audit.
