Hereford Burnt River Ranch is exactly what a big western grazing ranch should look like. Sage brush and bunch grass covered hills, rolling down into irrigated meadows with the Burnt River flowing through it. This also makes for prime habitat and sanctuary for wildlife. The 9,899 acres runs from the valley floor to the ridgeline to the south along with three other year-round creeks running through the ranch. The ranch will graze over 400 pair or 1,000 yearlings, April through Nov. 712 acres of irrigation.
