Plant A Tree
One great way to add curb appeal to your home is to plant a tree!
It is obviously not exactly the prime weather to plant a tree, so you have time to do some research and pick the best tree for the location it will be planted in.
This simple home improvement project will liven up your yard and provide excellent shade in future years.
Before you plant a tree make sure you consider how big the tree will get and how it will affect your house. You want to be careful to think where the roots will grow to avoid problems with your water line, and plant it far enough away that it doesn't grow into your house. Ask an expert what will grow best for your planned planting location. Remember some trees are very appealing, but leave a mess after flowering, shedding bark, etc.
Happy planting! (Next spring)
