After the party of the last few years with a super hot seller’s market, rapid appreciation, and ultra-low inventory levels, it's been interesting to watch the market start to stabilize just a tiny bit in the last few weeks toward a more-balanced market.
What does that mean? It simply means the number of homes on the market has risen and it’s taking more than three days to sell them. And that’s ok! Maintaining what we’ve been experiencing was not really sustainable.
Not to panic though, the Boise real estate market is still very healthy. Now is still a great time to sell your home and capitalize on the above-mentioned appreciation. And now that there are a few more homes to choose from, buyers have a chance to spend more than 15 minutes in a home before they make that huge commitment. It’s a good thing!
