Boise has a plethora of options when it comes to spending the day bonding with your dog. There are activities that appeal to all sorts of lifestyles, so take advantage of what Boise has to offer! Here are just a few ideas for the next adventure with your four-legged friend.

Take a stroll through Hyde Park and the North End
Take a stroll through the historic streets of Boise’s North End and head to Camel’s Back Park, where there is plenty of open grass for your dog to roll or chase a ball — plus access to foothill trails perfect for exploring together. With so many fellow dog lovers in the neighborhood, you’re likely to meet new people — and maybe a new friend for your pup too!
Dry Creek Trail
About four miles up Bogus Basin Road, you’ll spot a pullover on the right that's often lined with cars — a good sign you’re in the right place. From here, a winding trail leads you through a small valley and across Dry Creek not once, but at least ten times as you climb toward the treeline! With stream access for your dog to cool off and drink and beautiful views along the way, it’s a hike well worth exploring.
Morris Hill Dog Park
Located at 10 N Roosevelt Street just off Americana, this one-acre dog park is a wonderful place to socialize your dog. The dog park is fenced with mulch on the ground and a picnic shelter for the humans — usually outnumbered by dogs! No matter your schedule, you will most likely end up there at the same time as other park-goers and your dog is sure to make a great friend.
We hope you and your four-legged friend have a great time!
