It's been a beautiful spring here in Boise. April showers have brought us a bloom of May flowers. The foothills are green and the rivers are flowing!
The parks have been full for the evenings and weekends, patios are filling up, cyclists are out in full force, and everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather.
The grass and plants aren't the only thing happy out there. There are also a lot of happy sellers around the Treasure Valley. We're still experiencing low inventory and homes priced accurately in good condition are selling quite quickly!
As of this Monday morning there are 1,980 single family homes, condos, and town homes available for sale in Ada County — not enough for the demand! Buyers are out in full force looking to take advantage of spring inventory.
