During ‘Coming Soon’ status, agents can schedule ahead of time for when showings begin, so their clients and they can prepare and build anticipation and excitement for the viewing. Then when it launches as ‘New’ on the market, buyers start to get a little anxious that someone else might buy it before they do, this can in turn increase their desire for your house!
